Teresa Tayag has over a decade experience as a Training Specialist in helping organizations and individuals achieve their learning goals – with breakthrough results. As a technical training consultant, Ms. Tayag’s work is enhanced by extensive technical skills acquired through her education and previous work as a Senior Analyst/Programmer. Her exceptional communications and leadership skills were attained through her training with Toastmasters International were she attained the “Distinguished Toastmasters” designation, which is known to be equivalent to a Masters Degree in Communications.

EpicCare is one of the U.S.A’s largest Electronic Medical Record Systems, and Ms. Tayag has provided implementation training and support when Kaiser Permanente’s Southern California region made the switch to Electronic Medical Records. She was also similarly involved with Cedar’s Sinai’s transition to Electronic Medical Records.
Ms. Tayag also provides training, implementation, support, curriculum development, and technical writing for the following applications: salesforce.com, BigMachines, Sonata, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Payroll, Kenan FX, Report Writing, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Access, and Lotus Notes.
Ms. Tayag also designs and delivers customized programs in communication skills, public speaking, leadership, goal setting, time management, youth leadership and mindmapping techniques.
